What you will study
The Master of Analytics (Human Resource Analytics) program consists of 12 online courses, including eight core analytic courses, two human resource analytics courses and two elective courses.
There is also the option to study human resource analytics electives as part of the Graduate Certificate in Analytics and Graduate Diploma in Analytics, which combined – and with the addition of the electives – create the master's program.

General admission requirements
To be eligible for the Master of Analytics you must have:
- A recognised bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) with a credit average of 65% or higher as per the UNSW Admissions entry calculator. OR
- Completed the Graduate Diploma in Analytics or Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Analytics with a minimum WAM of 65.

Articulation pathways exist from the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Analytics, Graduate Certificate in Analytics or Graduate Diploma in Analytics programs if the student completes these programs with a minimum WAM of 65.
